Bayshore Elementary Replacement School project built a new school on an existing, operating campus. To minimize the impact of the construction to the existing facility, the work was split into two phases. Phase I included building the new building on the existing athletic fields while Phase II included the demolition of the existing school and the construction of new parking lots, bus stops, play fields and a covered play area. Bayshore Elementary School was built simultaneously with Prine Elementary School.
Responsibilities include Construction Management At-Risk, Pre-Construction Cost Analysis, Demolition, Student/Staff Safety, Reporting, and Operational Training and Warranty Monitoring.
