The Prine Elementary Replacement School project included building a new school on an existing, operating campus. To minimize the impact of the construction to the existing facility, the work was split into two phases. Phase I included building the new building on the existing athletic fields while Phase II included the demolition of the existing school and the construction of new parking lots, bus stops, play fields and a covered play area. Prine Elementary School was built simultaneously with Bayshore Elementary School.
Responsibilities include Construction Management At-Risk, Pre-Construction Cost Analysis, Demolition, Student/Staff Safety, Reporting, and Operational Training and Warranty Monitoring.
