- Bid Schedules - when available
- Insurance Requirements
- Specification Documents - when available

Please have your insurance agent submit a current Certificate of Insurance meeting or exceeding the limits outlined
in the Subcontract/Purchase Order Agreement, and listing WILLIS A. SMITH CONSTRUCTION, INC. as certificate holder
as well as additional insured. Please be advised that your firm must submit a proper Certificate of Insurance
prior to commencing work. Failure to submit the proper Certificate of Insurance could result in contract termination.
Do not start work without having the above referenced insurance. No payment will be made until an acceptable
Insurance Certificate has been received by this office.
