Sarasota County Fleet Services Facility
This Sarasota County project comprises 89,352 SF of a fleet services garage facility which includes 52,240 SF of storage areas with 30 service bays, a welding bay and a wash down area.
The facility also includes a 33,784 SF area for administrative offices and support spaces. In addition, there is a covered wash bay area, dumpster enclosures, generator area, white
fleet and fire fleet storage lots and public and staff parking areas on the 107.407-acre site.
