St. Joseph’s Women's Hospital – High Risk OB
This project was an interior renovation and refurbishment of 18,200 SF in an occupied hospital, of a Level Three High Risk Obstetrics Wing. Work consisted of full asbestos abatement, with Level IV ICRA, new finish upgrades throughout the floor and a completely redesigned and renovated Nurse’s Station and core area.
New finishes included luxury vinyl tile floors throughout, glass mosaic tile accents in all the patient toilets, upgraded ceiling finishes and Woodworks ceiling system at the Nurse Station, Venetian plaster wall feature in the patient rooms, new paint and casework throughout.
