Tidewell Hospice and Palliative Care - Charlotte Residence Addition
This project was a 6,000 SF addition to the existing 8,000 SF residence building that W.A.S.C. originally built in 1999.
This project added six resident rooms, each with a private bathroom and a private outdoor deck area.
An additional staff workroom was added as well as a stand-alone medicine room.
A conservatory area was created for families to congregate. A chapel was also added as well as an office for the on-staff doctor.
Additional clean linen, clean utility and soiled utility work areas were added.
Renovation was also completed at this time to the administration office. This was a reconfiguration and updating of the existing office space.
