Del Webb Amenity Center
The Del Webb Amenity Center is a 22,000 SF facility for the planned 1,300 home community of Del Webb. The craftsman style amenity center includes many high-end finishes and rooms for arts & crafts, billiards, gym and aerobic studio, one to three banquet rooms depending on partition use, a catering kitchen, and much more.
Additionally, Willis Smith built a tennis pro shop for the community’s eight clay tennis courts and eight pickle ball courts. Finishing off the wonderful amenities, we also constructed a 7,700 SF bar and grill overlooking the pool and lake to the South. All amenities are strictly for residents and guest in this exclusive adult community.
