Divosta Beachwalk Amenity Center
This project includes the construction of a new clubhouse, pool
with spa, brick pavers, sidewalks, and maintenance building.
Also included were tennis, pickleball and bocce ball courts.
The grounds include a boardwalk and memorial garden with
a flagpole. Landscaping, irrigation, parking lot lighting, a
dumpster enclosure and other improvements were included.
