Riverwood Community Activity Center
The Riverwood Community Activity Center is a central hub for residents in the Riverwood Community. This project included renovation and new construction.
The existing 5,000 SF Administration Building was renovated to provide:
- Arts & Crafts Activity Room, Library/Reading Room
- Upgraded restrooms
- New offices for the HOA’s Property Management Staff
New construction activities included:
- Fitness Center with Men’s & Women’s Restrooms, a 975 SF Dance classroom, 2,300 SF Workout Space with Weightlifting/Cardio Equipment, and a 1,300 SF Exercise room
- Guardhouse included a security station that allowed for monitoring the community wide security cameras as well as a security guard break area and staff restroom.
- Site Amenities included of a new resort style 100,000 gallon pool, bocce ball courts, pickle ball courts, and a dog park area. Site Lighting was installed around the courts and a new fenced in 18,000 SF dog park area was also constructed with separate areas and entrances for large and small dogs.
