Lakewood Ranch Library of Manatee County
A new two-story, 50,000 SF public library located in Manatee County Premiere Park. The project site is approximately two acres and the facility has 200 parking spaces. The structure includes a roof-top terrace, an IT hub, and a central energy plant. The second floor provides a multi-use activity center for use by the community.
