SBSC - Gocio Elementary School New Classroom Wing and Campus Refresh
This project consists of the demolition of an existing classroom, replacement of an existing covered play pavilion and the construction of a 20,000 + SF replacement classroom building. Also included are cafeteria restroom additions and upgrades, relocation and addition of a clinic, renovation of portions of Building One, expansion of the parent pick-up loop and reconfiguration of the parking lot. Additional campus security and perimeter fencing are also included as well as a replacement of the chiller and the addition of covered walkways.
