SDMC-Sugg Middle School Replacement
The 172,093 SF W.D. Sugg Middle School is a new middle school built in West Bradenton on the same campus the existing Sugg Middle School and adjacent to Moody Elementary School. This school is based on the Dr. Mona Jain Middle School prototype opened in 2018 in Lakewood Ranch. The school is designed for for 1,165 students and has one main building with a single-entry point. Instead of being multiple, separate buildings, the different spaces of the building are treated as wings and are all connected to a central Mall running down the middle of the school.
