State College of Florida 26 West Center (Building 8 Remodel)
This project renovated approximately 43,000 GSF of Building 8 located on the Bradenton Campus. The two-story building was constructed in 1977 and was previously used as a Library. The building was renamed 26 West Center and created a multi-purpose space intended to be used by various college programs and other private sector tenants.
